TRACY BAYLEN

Content Manager

Tracy holds a B.A.Sc. in communications from Simon Fraser University, and also received a diploma in sound design from Vancouver Film School in 2004. She has previously worked as a freelance sound designer/editor and in video and podcast production with Power to Change.

Since joining LeaderImpact in 2009, Tracy has assumed the role of resident techie (although she says she still has a lot to learn). She enjoys being part of the high-energy, passionate team at LeaderImpact, where her main role is to ensure effective communication through newsletters, websites, and social media.

Tracy is a loyal Vancouver Canucks fan, and loves spending time with her young son and husband Fritz. Her guilty pleasures include reality shows, Asian dramas, and good ice cream.
