ROY HILDEBRAND

Director, Global Operations & Manitoba

Roy was employed with Landmark Feeds/Maple Leaf Foods from 1981 to 2009, starting in finance and progressing to human resources. Roy received his formal training and education in human resource management at the University of Winnipeg, and he is also a registered professional recruiter with the Institute of Professional Management. For many years, Roy enjoyed extensive travel around the world, recruiting skilled workers for various positions.

Currently, Roy is responsible for all LeaderImpact activities in Manitoba. He works closely with LeaderImpact City Teams in four cities and also oversees operations for LeaderImpact International.

Roy and his wife, Lynne, have three adult children, Kate, Luke, and Shonna, who is married to son-in-law Tanner. Roy and Lynne enjoy time with family, outdoor activities, and travelling abroad whenever they have the opportunity.
