Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Rob was blessed with a close family who loved the Lord and instilled values and principles which has guided him through his life. He attended a Christian school and graduated from York University with a degree in political science.

Rob entered a career in corporate retail with companies such as Bata and Canadian Tire with roles varying in marketing, purchasing and public relations. In tandem with his business career, he always had a passion to invest in the lives of others and see them grow in their spiritual walk. Being involved with various ministries at church, such as the Alpha outreach and developing discipleship programs, eventually led him to LeaderImpact. Here, he can use his talents to mentor business leaders to find purpose and meaning and inevitably, influence their world for Christ!
