LeaderImpact helps leaders thrive professionally, personally, and spiritually for lasting impact.

THEME: ONE REACH ONE

Following the previous theme of “One Bring One” (growth follows one-on-one invitations), we are expanding the theme to “One Reach One” to better capture our mission and purpose.

  • We reach out to invite peers, colleagues, friends
  • We reach up to invite other leaders, executives, senior management
  • We reach them by building authentic, confidential, trusting relationships
  • We reach them by engaging them in groups on a joint spiritual journey
  • We reach them with a clear presentation of the gospel
  • We reach them by together seeking to become thriving disciples of Christ

OBJECTIVES

We will be focussing on two pillars. They are:

  1. Develop a culture of ‘Being on Mission’
    • Being on mission means developing a culture of inviting and a culture of equipping. This culture is fully dependent on empowering our group and city leaders. Our goal is to equip you to lead the movement, model relationship building, share your faith and the gospel.
  2. Develop a culture of ‘Growth and Sustainability’
    • Growth and sustainability includes first and foremost relying on prayer to support and sustain the ministry. It also means that we are stronger if we develop interdependence or partnerships with other organizations that are on mission. Lastly, for all this to happen, we have to have the financial support required to continue and grow.

MEMBER EQUIPPING PROGRAM

Recently, LeaderImpact has developed many new resources, including two equipping programs that all volunteers are asked to complete. Many current City Team members and current group leaders/co-leaders have completed one or both, accelerating movement towards the objectives above. In addition, any new city team members and group leaders will be asked to take these prior to leading a group or joining the city team. Both programs will be made readily available in and/or across cities.

1. GROUP FUNDAMENTALS

This program includes two one-hour sessions and is comprised of:
A. Reviewing and discussing the “How to Start a Group” video series by Braden Douglas

1. GROUP FUNDAMENTALS

B. Review of the LeaderImpact group curriculum and the principle of the two-year group plan

2. VENTURE SERIES

This 6 session (1 – 1 ½ hours per session) series teaches you how to effectively share your faith. It takes you through developing your personal stories of defining moments to sharing the gospel.
