Every Global Exchange is unique—even when we return to the same city. God brings together a distinct team each time, orchestrating individuals to carry out His purposes both in their lives and through their lives.

Our most recent team to Apartadó, Colombia, consisted of eight Canadians, one Panamanian, and a Colombian from a nearby city. The local team is made up of dedicated, hard-working people who love God, love their community, and long to see lives transformed. Together, they organized 38 events that welcomed more than 900 attendees.

We witnessed God at work in remarkable ways:

• 94 individuals began a relationship with Him
• 171 renewed their commitment
• 225 expressed interest in joining LeaderImpact Groups

What a blessing to see people responding to God’s calling! As our team reflected on their time in Colombia, many shared a deep appreciation for the meaningful relationships formed—both within the team and with the local community. Several also acknowledged that this experience strengthened their trust in and reliance on the Lord. God is doing great things in this part of the world, and we are humbled and grateful to play even a small part in His work.
